From automotive heritage to RV innovation.
LIDU RV was founded by industry veterans with over ten years of experience in automotive body manufacturing and auto parts. In 2020, we identified the tremendous potential of the RV market and made a decisive move — investing RMB 120 million to build a 24,000 m² intelligent production facility in Changshu, Jiangsu, committed to revolutionising the RV industry with automotive-grade manufacturing standards.
In January 2025, after more than three years of dedicated R&D, LIDU completed the world's first steel-aluminium hybrid stamped body towable RV — a genuine breakthrough in global RV engineering. By adopting passenger car-grade stamping, automated welding, and laser welding processes, we achieved a body that is lighter than all-steel and stronger than all-aluminium, with torsional rigidity and collision safety far exceeding traditional van bodies.
Today, LIDU exports to Australia, Europe, Japan, South Korea, and the Americas. In 2026, we are targeting 1,000 exported units — and within three years, we aim to build Changshu into a modern production base with an annual capacity of 5,000 intelligent RVs.

LIDU's steel-aluminium hybrid stamped body — the world's first of its kind — uses passenger car-grade stamping, automated welding, and laser welding. The result: a body that is lighter, stronger, and safer than anything else on the market.

Proven Durability
Core components undergo rigorous testing — lighting, tailgate lifts, roof lifts, electric support legs, and audio systems are each tested to over one million cycles. Low failure rates and minimal maintenance costs across the full product lifecycle.

Intelligent Cockpit
LIDU's proprietary intelligent cockpit system centralises control of lighting, air conditioning, audio, and all onboard equipment into a single interface — making smart, comfortable living on the road effortless.

Global Compliance
LIDU is actively advancing ADR (Australian Design Rules) compliance and RAV registration for the Australian market, with a dedicated team benchmarking VIN, lighting, braking, and seatbelt standards. CE certified for Europe. ISO quality management throughout.
